Megaman/Rock Plush

This is a Megaman (or Rockman in Japan) plush I made. I used anti-pill fleece (mostly), some blizzard fleece, and he was stuffed with polyfill. He was mostly machine sewn, but there were a few parts that were hand stitched. His face was hand painted on with fabric paint, and his hair was glued on with hot fabric glue. He's about 16 inches tall, about 5 inches across his stomach, about 3 1/2 inches from front to back, and his head is about 5 inches from front to back. I made his head slightly bigger in proportion to the rest of his body because he's supposed to look like a kid in the game.

His helmet comes off! It took me awhile to work out the pattern for that, but it was fun to do. There's Velcro on the helmet at the ends that meet under his chin, so it's pretty easy to take off and put back on. His left hand is a buster.

I went ahead and based him off of the Rock from the manga series, as I did with the Protoman/Blues plushie I made.
